Expect incomplete game coverage, false positives, missed detections, interface changes, and occasional loss of local test data. Do not rely on Spectra for competitive rulings, records, or anything safety-critical.
1. Evaluation license
Subject to these terms, SpectraLabs grants invited testers a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and evaluate the alpha build for its intended purpose. Access does not transfer ownership of the software, brand, detection profiles, or related materials.
2. Responsible use
You may use Spectra with games and footage you are permitted to access. You may not use the software to interfere with a game, evade anti-cheat systems, access memory or files without permission, distribute a private build, remove notices, or misrepresent alpha output as publisher-certified data.
3. Local data and diagnostics
The app stores settings, counters, and session history locally. You are responsible for your device, backups, and any diagnostic archive you choose to share. Review the privacy model before sending logs.
4. Third-party games
Supported game names and marks belong to their respective owners. SpectraLabs is not endorsed by or affiliated with those publishers. You remain responsible for following the terms of each game, platform, streaming service, and operating system you use.
5. Changes and availability
Profiles, features, eligibility, release timing, and access may change or end without notice. A profile marked Beta or Lab is an evidence label, not a guarantee. Public availability is not promised by alpha access.
6. No warranty
The alpha is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. SpectraLabs disclaims warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may provide rights that cannot be waived.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpectraLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost gameplay, lost data, lost revenue, or claims arising from reliance on alpha output.
8. Termination
You may stop participating by uninstalling the app. SpectraLabs may suspend or terminate access for misuse, distribution of private builds, security risk, or closure of the test. Provisions that logically survive termination remain in effect.
9. Support
Alpha support is best-effort through support@spectra-gaming.com. See the support guide for the information that makes a report useful.
